Stefani Sellers, Owner of Ease Manual Therapy

I am a Nationally Board-Certified Massage Therapist (BCTMB). I hold licenses in two states, and my focus is on orthopedic and medical massage. My journey into massage therapy started when I was in diapers – literally. I have a picture of me crawling and walking on my grandpa’s back so it hurt less. I would massage friends and friends’ parents at sleepovers so when I finally got around to attending massage school everything felt natural and like I was finally in the right place.

I began learning and delving into techniques such as hot stone massage and the fundamentals of manual lymphatic drainage. Today, I continue my education through evidence-based practices that aid in pain relief and injury recovery.

My passion is to Ease pain and better yet help people become pain free. I tailor every session to my clients' needs based on their history, injuries, medical needs, and comfort levels. I am a body positive, LGBTQIA+ and Trans safe person. I want everyone to feel comfortable and safe in my presence. This is why I named my business Ease, ease your pain, ease your mind, ease your soul.
